If you are unsatisfied with your order, we do accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out to aimee@watercolorsbyaimee.com as soon as possible to start the exchange process.

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days with the exceptions being holidays or shipping delays. Prints 11x14 and smaller are always shipped via USPS and all other orders are generally shipped via UPS.
